Efficiency Improvement EnviroServ Waste Management (Pty) Ltd, a company focusing on providing innovative and sustainable waste management solutions with numerous Blue Chip companies on their books (including Sasol, Mittal Steel, BHP Billiton, Highveld Steel, BMW Rosslyn, and Vodacom), have asked MetaPerformance to look at efficiency improvements in their HR and Laboratory environment.

Understanding the market, the work environment and the challenges we have socially, I was inspired to become a more competent person, to really focus on leadership skills in the work environment and to achieve a lifelong ambition.
